What hotel, restaurant, and customer service applicants should include when applying in Dubai.

Hospitality employers in Dubai often look for service attitude, cleanliness, teamwork, reliability, and communication. Your CV should show these qualities in the first half of the page.

Use a clear job title such as Waiter, Housekeeping Attendant, Barista, Receptionist, Kitchen Helper, Guest Service Agent, or Customer Service Representative. Avoid writing only staff or worker because it is too broad.

The summary should mention the type of workplace you know, such as hotel, restaurant, cafe, catering, or cleaning service. Keep it short and practical.

In work experience, describe real duties: welcomed guests, took orders, prepared rooms, handled cash, followed hygiene standards, cleaned service areas, managed complaints, or supported supervisors during busy hours.

Skills should be job-specific. Useful hospitality skills include customer service, food safety, POS operation, table service, housekeeping, room preparation, English communication, teamwork, and time management.

Certificates can help. Add food safety, barista training, first aid, customer service training, housekeeping training, or hotel operations certificates if you have them.

Languages are important in Dubai hospitality because workers meet many nationalities. List the languages you can use at work and your level: basic, conversational, good, or fluent.

Keep the design professional. Use one clean font, enough spacing, and a readable layout. Employers need to scan your experience quickly, not decode a complicated design.
