Cover Letter for Dubai Jobs: Simple Template

A beginner-friendly cover letter structure that matches your CV and job category.
A cover letter is a short message that introduces you to the employer. It should not repeat the entire CV. It should explain why you are applying and why your experience fits the role.
Start with the hiring manager name if you know it. If not, Dear Hiring Manager is acceptable for many applications.
The opening paragraph should mention the role and your interest. Keep it simple: I am applying for the Warehouse Assistant position and I believe my logistics experience matches your requirements.
The middle paragraph should connect your skills to the job. Mention two or three strengths from your CV, such as inventory control, customer service, cash handling, equipment maintenance, or childcare.
The closing paragraph should be polite and direct. Thank the employer, mention your availability, and say you would welcome an interview.
Keep the cover letter to one page. Employers prefer clear, useful writing over long formal language.
BuildMyCVNow creates a matching cover letter based on your selected job category and CV details, then lets you edit every paragraph.
Download both your CV and cover letter when the employer asks for a full application package.
