A clear way to list job title, employer, dates employed, and responsibilities for each work experience.

Work experience is one of the most important parts of a CV. Employers want to know where you worked, what job you handled, when you worked there, and what tasks you can do.

For each job, write the job title first, then employer name, then dates employed. Example: Logistics Assistant, Amazon, August 2023 to Present.

If you are currently working there, write Present or tick the currently working option in the CV builder. If the job ended, add the month and year it ended.

Under each role, add three to six responsibilities. Focus on tasks that match your target job. Do not copy every small duty if it does not help the application.

Use clear verbs: managed, prepared, loaded, checked, repaired, assisted, coordinated, cleaned, recorded, inspected, served, installed, or maintained.

If you worked for many companies, include the most recent and most relevant roles first. Two or three strong experiences are better than a long confusing list.

If you have no formal work experience, include internships, school projects, volunteer work, family business support, training, or practical tasks related to the job.
