Nationality, Visa Status, and Driving License on a UAE CV

How to include practical hiring details that UAE employers often ask for.
In many UAE applications, employers ask about nationality, visa status, current country, and driving license. These details can affect start date, role requirements, and interview planning.
Write nationality clearly. This helps agencies and employers verify documents and understand language or relocation needs.
Write visa status honestly. Examples include Visit visa, Employment visa, Own visa, Cancelled visa, Residence visa, or Outside UAE. If you are unsure, write the exact status shown in your documents.
For driving roles, logistics, sales, facilities, domestic driver, and some technician roles, driving license details can be important. Mention UAE driving license if you have it and include vehicle category when relevant.
If you do not have a UAE driving license, write No UAE driving license instead of leaving the employer guessing.
Do not share sensitive document numbers in a public CV unless specifically requested by a trusted employer or agency. A CV should give hiring details without exposing too much private data.
If you are in download-only mode, remember that your CV is local to the browser. Download your file before closing the page.
Use these fields carefully. They should help employers understand availability and role fit, not replace the quality of your experience and skills.
